  • Atrial fibrillation is often overdiagnosed
  • Atrial fibrillation should produce an IRREGULARLY irregular ventricular response.
  • If the rhythm is REGULARLY irregular and you have grouped or “clumped” beats, consider second degree AV blocks (Mobitz I and Mobitz II)
